  Originally coming from Ukraine, now I am based in Switzerland, in little joyful city next to the Bodensee lake.​​​​​​​
  After moving to Switzerland, I decided to pursue my passion for enhancing people's digital experiences.  I learned how to leverage and engage my business background and extensive customer service experience to deliver intuitive experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Conducted User Research: This involved planning, executing, and assessing research activities like usability testing and user interviews to gain valuable insights into user behaviors and preferences.
- Performed Expert Reviews and Heuristic Evaluation: I conducted comprehensive evaluations of platforms, reducing UX issues through deep analysis, pain point identification, and solution proposals.
Harmonised Visual Design: I worked to unify and enhance visual design elements across the organisation to help to create a consistent and visually appealing brand identity.
Actively Collaborated: Collaboration has been one of the central aspect of my approach, helping to effectively work with different stakeholders and colleagues.
